While recent studies point to vegetable such as broccoli and brussel sprouts as containing large amounts of anti-oxidants, I cannot resist adding my own personal touch of vegetables in my diet. My daily intake of vegetables includes an array of heels, ginger, garlic, cabbage, spinach, kale, Swiss chard, collard greens, rapini and winter squash followed by garlic, ginger, mustard, nutmeg, chocolate, eggs, pulp and refined sugar.
You’ve probably heard that the best way to burn fat is to starve yourself and there is some truth in this. However, this is not the most effective way to lose weight. I have found that the French are very good for planning a romantic get-away. As well as the French, the cuisine of Mexico is another great French rival. Mexican restaurants are popular because the food is typically healthy, and inexpensive. Usually open in restaurants and cafeterias, these places are the ideal place to discover regional French cuisine.
Although French food is healthier than French food, it is still believed to be the height of taste, when it comes to nourishment. In addition, the French serve as the ultimate inspiration for gourmet chefs, providing them with the confidence to present their signature dishes.
